General Notes | Hardy is going to make the world's greatest adventure and exploration buddy to his future forever family! He loves playing with other dogs, is doing amazing in training, and couldn't be cuter! Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us.  Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP.   Personality | Hardy is a sweet, social, active, curious little guy who is learning quickly to potty outside, walk on a leash, and socialize with other dogs. He is food/treat motivated and knows to sit as soon as he comes in to get his reward for going outside! He will snuggle when sleepy but otherwise is busy exploring, finding things to chew and trying to get attention from other dogs in the house.  Story | Hardy was found in Mineral Wells, Texas, and is now in a Texas foster home! He is doing so well in adjusting to life inside of a house! Other Dogs | He currently lives with two adult goldendoodles who are significantly larger than him. He is not afraid and desperately tries to play with their tails or crawl on them. Hardy is great at reading the room, and learning boundaries/rules set by other dogs. He likes to snuggle, follows his foster siblings around, and encourages them in play!  Cats | Hardy's foster beleives he could do well with kitties with a proper introduction!  Children | Hardy is friendly with teenagers and adults. He has not been around younger children, but his foster suspects he would do well having extra friends to play with and dote on! Training |  Hardy willingly goes outside at least once an hour during the day to go potty and is working on remembering that inside rugs are not where he should potty. He will use a pee pad if it is available but we are trying to limit use of that so that he doesn't confuse them with our rugs. He has no problem going in and sleeping in his crate for a nap during the day and at night. He sleeps about 8 hours at night but will chirp if he wants to go outside in the middle of the night to potty. He also plays and rests well and independently in an indoor play yard in the room with me to keep him from chewing on things he's not supposed to while I am working. Leash |  He is great at walking on a leash! Although he does so right now thinking he's going on an adventure more than to focus on going potty. Activity Level | Very energetic - your basic puppy with lots of energy! He loves to play, sleep, and play some more! Health Notes |  Hardy is on a steady routine with three meals a day. He knows exactly when it's time to eat and lets you know! Thank you! |  Adoption Donations |  Our adoption donations are $475 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year, $425 for 1-6 years, $375 for dogs 7-10 years, and $250 for 11+ years of age. General Notes | A "Nova" is a sudden, bright star, which is exactly what this adorable girl is! Bright, sweet, and happy - Nova is a puppy dream! She couldn't be cuter, more excited to learn (can you say treat motivated?!), or more hopeful in looking for her forever family. Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us.  Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP.   Personality | Nova is cute as they come and SO sweet. She has the best, curious demeanor and is so excited to learn! Story | Nova and her six siblings and mama were found outside of Conroe, Texas in a relatively ferral state - with mama being nearly untouchable, and the babies being new to the earth! They spent the first six weeks of their life in a crowded shelter before Mile High Lab Mission pulled the family, and now all are learning and adjusting to living and being in a home! It's been a scary and long road for this crew, but they are learning fast, being adaptable, and getting all the love! Other Dogs | Nova does well with other dogs. She is still a puppy and is learning boundaries and to follow cues, but she plays well with her siblings, and would be happy to have another dog pal in her future home!  Cats | Nova hasn't met a kitty yet, but due to her young age and sweet demeanor, the rescue thinks she could do well with cats with a proper introduction. Children | Nova is learning about love from children! She would be happy to have kiddos to play with and dote on, as long as they are respectful and kind.  Training | Nova's training is in progress! She is still a puppy, so she is working on potty training, crate training, and basic commands. As she has come out of the shelter, the primary goal has been supporting with decompression and ensuring she knows she is safe and loved. Training will come with time! General Notes | Looking for fancy and boujee? A girl's girl? The utlimate adventure and snuggle bug? If so, Lyra is your gal! Sweet Lyra is adorable, spunky, crate trained, and as cute as they come. She currently resides in foster with her big lab foster brother, her brother from her litter, and two little dog foster siblings. She's great with dogs of all sizes, and is learning to follow their lead and their cues. She is very respectful of little dog boundaries, and is watchful and attentive in honoring their space. Lyra has also met the neighbor’s cat and was curious and excited by him, but kept her distance, respecting kitty cues, too! Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us.  Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP.   Personality | Lyra is a spunky, sweet, and adventurous little girl. She enjoys playing and running around as much as she loves napping, and her ideal day is spent sleeping in her foster dad's lap with he gives her pets between meetings. She is curious, excited to explore, and is *getting used to* the Colorado cold.  Story | Lyra and her seven siblings were rescued off the euthanasia list in Houstin, TX, as a large two week old litter. She was placed with a foster in TX for three weeks before making her way to Colorado! While she isn't sure what to think about the snow, she's adapting quickly, and is so excited to continue to grow and learn.  Other Dogs | Lyra does great with both big and small dogs, and is playful but respectful! She LOVES her big lab brother, and will play with him, lay on him, and entice him in play all day long. When her Chihuahua foster siblings growl or set the tone that they don’t want to be messed with, she walks away. Lrya is great at reading the room, and learning boundaries/rules set by other dogs. She likes to snuggle, follows her foster siblings around, and encourages them in play by dropping toys at their feet (or squeaking them, until someone comes over to steal it!) Cats | Lyra has only met one cat and was curious. Her fosters think she would do great with a kitty sibling.  Children | Lyra loves, loves, LOVES kiddos! She loves little humans of all ages and sizes! Her fosters think she would be awesome with kiddos of all ages as long as they are gentle and kind. She will need continuous training as she grows.  Training | Lyra's training is in progress. She's working on potty training (we’re almost there, and we haven't pooped in the house!!), she is learning basic commands, and is also sleeping in a crate at night and throughout the day! General Notes | Autumn is a fluffy black Lab puppy with the cutest yellow eyebrows that add a touch of sunshine to her already bright personality. She's a professional cuddler, a champion napper, and a connoisseur of belly rubs. Autumn's favorite hobbies include chasing her tail, making new friends, and turning every day into an adventure. Warning: Her excessive cuteness may cause spontaneous smiles! Want to adopt this dog?  Please do not email us.  Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP.   Personality | Autumn's foster mom is still getting to know her adorable quirks, but one thing's for sure: her and her sisters are bundles of sweet affection! Story | These adorable puppies and their gentle mom, Amber, are starting their new chapter after being rescued from a high-kill shelter. Though they faced illness early on, they've bounced back beautifully and are now looking forward to the happy, healthy futures they so deserve. Other Dogs | Autumn loves to play with her sisters and is learning social cues from the other dogs in her foster home.  Cats | Autumn has not been cat tested.  Children | Autumn hasn't been around children, but would likely be great with kind, respectful kiddos given her young age and sweet demeaner! Training | Autumn is a young puppy just starting to learn about potty training, crate training, and basic commands.  Leash | Autumn is still too young for leash training.  Activity Level | Moderate. Autumn is a classic puppy who likes to play, nap, repeat.  Their Texas foster mom said these three girls have been pretty laid back and are good at occupying themselves! Health Notes |  Thank you! |  Adoption Donations |  Our adoption donations are $475 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year, $425 for 1-6 years, $375 for dogs 7-10 years, and $250 for 11+ years of age.
