Meet Brynn! Brynn is one of Mama Moxies 11 pups. She was born in a foster home July 28th. She is a wonderfully well-rounded puppy! She loves going on walks and playing fetch. She gets along great with the resident dogs. We have been working on training basic commands and she is catching on very quickly, she is a very smart girl. She would make a great addition to a family. She loves children and is very gentle with them showering with kisses. Each of these pups have been handled daily by adults and children. The have been brought up to know love. The absolutely love being cuddle and pet. Attached are the litters DNA results. Belusky is the name of the breed. As you can see this will be an active breed, and previous experience is required. These pups will be ready for their forever homes 09/23/2022. I’m Sally. I found my self in puppy jail a few weeks ago and a very nice lady came in and gave me a blanket and spoke sweet to me so I went to her, I really really like blankets. I am a very sweet ~2 year old female boxer. I love to play with kids. I have been around little ones as young as 3 years old. I am looking for someone with a little extra patience because sometimes I get scared after being found on the streets as a stray. I am a little under weight but working on getting a few more pounds on me. I am very clam and easy temperament and LOVE to cuddle. I love to play ball outside and jump around. I am hoping for a fur brother of sister that would like to play with me too but if you don't have another fur baby, thats ok too because I like blankets and to cuddle (did I already mention that?) Rock star puppy looking to form a life-long band!! Zeppelin is a 14-week-old, German Shepherd pup, looking for a forever home. If you ask him, he will sing you a song or wag his drum~rolling tail. He is sweet, intelligent and very active. He will follow you around and watch you, learning constantly. He is so smart!! He can sit and is learning to stay, leave it, and retrieve a ball. He will tilt his head to understand what is expected and sometimes talks to you. He is still working on doggie manners, potty training and crate training but sleeps through the night with one potty break. He can be left for 3-4 hours in his crate without accidents. Zeppelin would be a great running buddy someday. Because he is a puppy, he will need a lot of socialization, guidance and an experienced dog owner. He loves playing with other dogs, but is still learning boundaries so a dog that has tolerance would be best for him. He will need dogs that are able to gently guide him. He would love kids, but is teething, so older kids would be best until he learns the rules and stops teething. My favorite time with Zeppelin is when we get to sit next to each other and he gets belly rubs and paw rubs. He sits and loves the attention and cuddles, once he trust you. He came to Calpaws K9 Rescue from the Stockton shelter after being found at Winco. Miss Honey Bee arrived with her sibling Rosie. I share this as I believe Honey Bee would love to have a playmate. Honey definitely is more affectionate and likes to snuggle with you. She is alert to her surroundings but does not bark excessively. She loves toys and is very inquisitive to indoor and outdoor things. Don’t let her size full you, she is still very much a puppy. She is not fully housebroken, but definitely working towards it. Miss Honey does well with children, she is loyal and loves her pack. Honey loves being outside. She can just plop down despite the chilly temperatures! Car rides appear to be new to her, but she is getting use to going out. No car sickness or accidents, just a little nervous. Once in a car, she just lays down and chills. She is going to grow up to be a big girl and will need plenty of room to run and play. show less

Meet Winnie, a Siberian Husky pup. Winnie is a sweet pup with eyes that will melt glaciers! Honestly, she is kind of like a cat, she loves to curl up in a ball and sleep, she lets you know when she wants to be pet and when she doesnt and is overall pretty aloof. When you pick her up she melts in your arms and enjoys a snuggle. When she is around other pups she will join in and have a little romp. She is working on potty training, is mostly crate trained and sleeps through the night... most nights. Huskies have a lot of mental energy and need regular mental and physical outlets and enrichment. Say hello to River! She is a 9 month old Belgian Malinois mix and it definitely shows in her personality! This little girl is fearless and has lots of energy and drive. She loves to play ball, and will even carry around a ball in her mouth and kick another one around on the ground like a soccer ball. She is very sweet and loves to snuggle, but would do best in a home with no children due to her pushy personality, mouthiness and drive. No small animals either for this girl for the same reasons. River has a ton of energy and will need a breed-experienced handler and continuous training to help her live her best, most fulfilled doggy life. She loves to snuggle up next to her foster mama and will play all day long with her foster fur sibling shepherds. She would do well in a house with another similar drive dog to play with, but can be very pushy with other female dogs especially, so an experienced handler is a must. She has had basic obedience training and walks well with a prong collar. River is extremely smart and eager to please, but also has a mind of her own and can be very stubborn. CalPaws welcomes Bella! Bella is an 11 year old Great Pyranese with some making up to do in the area of love and living the life of luxury. Bella has spent her life outdoors, no matter the weather, her only job was to protect. BUt Bella wanted more! Bella is a lover not a fighter, she longed to be inside! When her owners moved away they vowed to keep coming back to feed her but those times got further between. Some advocating, working together and lots of love, Bella came into rescue. Bella is a SWEETHEART! She LOVES being indoors, where she was always meant to be. She knows how to go outside to go potty but quicky wants back in... she doesn't want you to forget her out there! Bella is learning how to determine friend from foe with other dog friends and if good with cats. She adores the little boy in her foster home and gently lets him know when she needs a break by moving away or asking him nicely. Bella deserves the absolute best in her golden years and will repay you with all the love you can handle. Adoption fees: Puppies: 0-1yr $450.00 Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. The spay or neuter of these puppies will happen at 4-5 months of age. Meet Moxie!!!! Mama Moxie came to Calpaws from the Salinas shelter where she was found as a stray and pregnant. Her puppies have all been adopted and now it is Moxies time to find her forever home! She is learning family life and what love is. She does great with the resident dogs and loves to play with them. She has learned a few basic commands and is extremely smart and eager to please. Moxie is potty trained and gets along with everyone she has meet, kids and adults. Her newfound love is tug and chasing balls or toys! We believe moxie is around three years old. We are unsure how she is around cats. Moxie has a very calm and sincere demeaner and loves to be pet and loved on. Meet Raven! This litter came to us at about only 2 weeks old. Bradshaw Animal Shelter reached out to us seeing if we had fosters to help this litter get back on their feet. We are calling them the football litter since they were found on opening day of football season! All of these pups have been loved and played with since the day they came to Calpaws! They are a great mix, the DNA is in one of the pics! They will be ready to go to their forever homes 10/28/2022. Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies.
