Brandy Brandy is everything you want in a dog—she’s a bubbly little bowling ball of love & sunshine. She has solid recall, knows basic obedience, and is potty & crate trained. Brandy is a playful goofball and almost always ready to romp, but is just as happy to spend the day snuggling in bed, curled up on the couch with her blanky, or helping with chores. Whether out on adventures, playing, or taking it easy inside, she just wants to be part of your world. Brandy loves people; as far as she is concerned, everyone is her friend. There are no such thing as “strangers”, just friends she hasn’t met yet. Brandy is good with cats, though she would love for them to play with her she is respectful of their space. Though there are no kids in the home, she’s been around them through family & friends, and out in public kids are drawn to her. She loves the attention and is incredibly tolerant of all the sorts of things kids do to dogs, whether it’s petting her backwards or grabbing an ear or sticking their hand in her mouth. Meet Gibbs 🐾 Gibbs is a sweet young pup who is just starting to discover how great life in a home can be. He’s still a bit under-socialized and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place, so he’ll need a patient and understanding adopter who is willing to move at his pace and help him build confidence. One thing that makes training Gibbs fun? He loves food and is very treat motivated, which makes him eager to learn and respond to positive reinforcement. He’s also a big fan of toys and bully sticks, and happily entertains himself with a good chew. Gibbs absolutely loves other dogs and really comes alive when he has canine friends to play with — he enjoys wrestling, running, and burning off puppy energy with his dog buddies. Because of how much confidence he gains from other dogs, Gibbs must go to a home with another friendly dog who can continue to show him the ropes and help him feel safe. He’s also cat friendly. With time, patience, and encouragement, Gibbs will continue to grow into a wonderful companion. Once in a pretty while Calpaws gets a pretty pittie. I’m the pretty pittie girl you’ve been hearing about… well… not hearing about, because I don’t actually hear but I see everything! I’m just a puppy and already a total superstar. I sleep all night in my crate like a perfect little angel, and I’m about 95% house trained (which I think deserves extra treats, just saying). My favorite things are people, all of them, chew toys, playing ball, and making new dog friends. If you have hands for pets or a ball to throw, we’re already besties. I’m still learning leash walking, but I’m a fast learner because I love looking at my humans for guidance. I keep excellent eye contact and I’m always checking in like, “Am I doing good? Are you proud? Is it snack time yet?” I have normal puppy nibbling when I play and those silly bursts of zoomie energy that make everyone laugh. Oh! And something extra special about me if you didn't catch it yet, I’m hearing impaired. But I didn’t get the memo that this was supposed to slow me down. I already know my “sit” hand sign and I’m amazing at watching faces and hands. Training with me is like our own secret language, and honestly, it just makes us closer. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, affectionate best friend who will watch you like you hung the moon and celebrate every little “good girl” moment… I’m right here, ready to love you with my whole wiggly self. show less

Meet Roodee 🐾 Roodee is a totally lovable, playful 10-month-old male German Shepherd with all the goofy charm you’d expect from a young boy his age. He bonds quickly with people and does especially well with large dogs, making fast friends wherever he goes. This handsome guy is extremely smart and already walks beautifully on leash. In the home, Roodee settles nicely and is happy to lie quietly at your feet with a bone or keep himself entertained with toys. He’s currently working on basic commands and crate training, and with his eagerness to connect and learn, he has so much potential. Roodee does have a scar on his muzzle from past abuse, but despite that, he’s a trusting, affectionate boy who simply loves being around his people. He’s a total love bug, a classic leaner, and the kind of dog who will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. show less
