Meet Kate of the Royals Litter! Kate is the conversationalist of the litter, this girl loves to chat! She is great at making her needs known, especially when she is ready for her snuggles! Kate is confident and oh so affectionate. She was bottle raised by her fosters after coming to the rescue at just days old. Kate was born in mid March 2025 and came with 7 other siblings into the program. She is funny and has a massive personality! Puppy: up to 1 yr $450.00 Our dogs are spayed/neutered and a registered chip. For our puppies they are up to date on vaccinations. Once adopted it is the new owner’s responsibility to continue the remaining vaccinations with a veterinarian. Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. We also will complete a home visit. It should be noted that our adoption counselors know the dogs and can best guide any possible adopter with a suitable match. Say hello to Porter. Porter is actually the dog that our volunteers trapped in Byron a couple of weeks back. He had been hiding in the orchards for almost three weeks, but would sneak into a nearby neighborhood to watch the kids play at an elementary school. Anytime someone approached, he would scamper back to the orchard. It took some teamwork, but we were able to secure him safely. Well Porter has completed his stray hold and is now in a foster home decompressing and learning the ropes! What his foster says: "Porter is a little shy with a sweetness that shines through super strong. He is settling into the house nicely. He is house trained and does like to rest from time to time in his crate. Porter walks nicely on a leash currently. He plays well with our 55 lb dog but is unsure of the energy level from the 153 lb puppy in a dog's body who lives here too. He seems to really enjoy our teenager and follows her around. He likes to play with toys and rides well in the car. He is going to be a great dog to the family who opens their home to this handsome boy." Are you ready for a new furry family member? show less

Mercy is a lovely German Shepherd Dog, and a very special soul. Mercy was rescued from the shelter after her and her litter of puppies spent 2 months there. One of her puppies became ill and her entire litter was euthanized before rescue was notified. We were able to rescue Mercy, however, before her time was up. Mercy is a little gem. She is soft tempered, rides well in the car, and sleeps quietly in her crate. She loves dogs and people, is housebroken, and is working on her basic obedience. She attends our adoption events where she is a perfectly behaved lady. She's also visited busy restaurants with loud music and been very, very good. Mercy is a loving girl who will fit into many different households. A girl this easy going is unlikely to be available for long. show less

Ava Ava is sassy but sweet and reserved. Ava is gentle and quiet but will find her voice when necessary. She loves all her canine buddies whether it’s the two large foster brothers or her two littermates. Ava definitely identifies as a big dog even though she’s the smallest of the crew. She has a confidence about her that you can sense but she doesn’t show it off. Ava is respectfully curious of her senior feline brother and will correct well if she gets too excited. She is sweet and gentle with her 5 year old human foster sister and will gladly snuggle and let her carry her around but she also stays back when her little human gets too spicy for her. Ava is smart and knows her name and loves to follow her humans around seeing what they are up to. She loves to kiss her big dog foster brothers and shake her toys around. Ava will do great in a home with older children or calm younger ones. She definitely would thrive in a home with an existing dog and cats are no issue for her. Addie Our sweet Addie girl. Addie was the slowest to warm up. We had to prove to her we were safe and in true bulky fashion, it didn’t take long. Addie has become our sweetest love. She is calm, gentle, an absolute snuggle bug and very independent. She loves her two big canine foster brothers and when she’s feeling a sassy moment, she will engage in their shenanigans. Addie has a senior feline brother and she is respectful and not too interested. She loves all her humans. Addie will gladly be carried by her 5 year old human sister or cuddle on the couch with the others. She’s the calmest of the crew and will often times go off and do her own thing. She comes to her name and is excited to see her humans every time. Addie would do great in a home with kids of all ages, cats and a doggy friend. She doesn’t ask for much but will give you everything she’s got. Axel is a lovable pup with a heart full of joy and a personality to match! His #1 favorite thing? Lots of petting! This affectionate dog thrives on attention and can’t get enough of those jerky treats from Costco and squeaky toys. Whether he’s going for walks or engaging in playful horseplay with other dogs, Axel is always up for some fun. While he’s still learning some commands, his leash manners are impeccable—he walks calmly even with multiple dogs around. Inside, he’s curious and well-behaved, though he might try to sneak onto the furniture for a comfy spot. Axel enjoys car rides, often settling down for a cozy nap. He also loves a good game of fetch! He gets along beautifully with his foster siblings and even the resident cat and chickens. He is curious and smart and very food motivated. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's happiest by your side, look no further than Milo. This sweet, snuggly boy thrives on being included in family life—whether that means curling up for cuddles, joining you for daily walks, or showing off his toy collection one by one. Milo is full of personality and has a playful side. He loves chasing tennis balls, chewing on his Nylabones, and keeping a close eye on the backyard squirrels. He's also a fan of treats (baby carrots are a fave!) and enjoys the occasional bite of meat or fish as a special snack. Milo is a smarter pants too. He completed high level board and training at RFRD Adacemdy in San Jose. He walks well on a prong, is e-collar trained, knows commands like sit, down, place, heel, shake, and staying calm around other dogs. On walks he may sometimes need a little prong pop to remember his traing (we'll show you how) but with little effort he is back on track. Milo is house- and car-mannered, and he’s eager to please and smart enough to keep learning. Milo loves attetion and we think he would prefer to be the only dog in the home. He hasn’t been around many young children but loves the teenage children in his foster home. His ideal home includes a backyard, daily walks or hikes, and most of all—a person or family to love him as much as he’ll love them. show less

Meet Bailey! 🐾 Bailey is a stunning 15-month-old Belgian Malinois with a heart full of love and energy to match. Smart, loyal, and incredibly eager to learn, she’s the kind of pup who bonds deeply with her person and thrives when given a purpose. This smart girl already knows her basic obedience commands (sit, down, stay), is doing fantastic with her “loose leash” walking training, and is both crate trained and house trained. She's well on her way to being the total package! Bailey is at that perfect age where she’s outgrown her puppy phase but still full of playful spirit and curiosity. She loves outdoor adventures, brain games, and any activity that lets her stretch her legs and her mind. With consistent training and positive reinforcement, Bailey is a quick learner and would excel in an active home that can provide structure, engagement, and plenty of affection. She’s people-friendly and absolutely loves kids. Bailey does well with other dogs given proper introductions, but due to her high prey drive, she should not be in a home with cats. She would do best with someone familiar with the breed or an active individual or family ready to help her continue growing into the amazing companion she’s meant to be. Everyone who meets Clay falls in love with his old soul personality. Clay was born on December 5th, 2024. Clay is easily the most well behaved, smartest and most loving boy. He thinks he is a baby. You can carry him in your arms and he will fall asleep on your shoulder. Clay is the definition of a velcro pupp. Anywhere you go, Clay wants to be part of the party. This makes him the perfect companion for an adventurous family. Clay gets along with every animal he has met thus far. He is super respectful of adult dogs of all sizes and plays well with other puppies. Clay is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained and knows all his basic commands. Clay enjoys playing fetch with a tennis ball and has mastered dropping the ball at your feet so he can go chase it again. Clay is neutured and up to date on all vaccines. Storm is a lovely boy. Sweet, loyal and gentle. Storm was abandoned on Highway 88 during a snow storm. Thanks to Caltrans they helped lure him to safety. Storm is good with other dogs, unknown about cats or kids, but he has been a perfect gentleman with everyone he has encountered. Storm knows his commands and is quick to please. show less
