Meet Jax — the lovable Malinois pup with a heart full of quirks and charm! Jax is a bright, affectionate boy who lives for neck scratches, belly rubs, and naps at your feet. He’s playful and social, especially when he’s romping with his shepherd “aunt,” even if she occasionally tells him off — he takes it all in stride. Jax makes great eye contact and takes bits of cheese gently from your hand (it’s his favorite treat!). He’s doing well with his house training and learning to be more comfortable with his crate. Like many puppies, Jax can be a bit of a nibbler with hands and ankles, but he’s eager to learn and already improving. Sadie is a beautiful young Blue Heeler mix with a heart as big as her smile. She was found dumped alongside a few other dogs, but thankfully a kind hearted Good Samaritan stepped in, made sure they were safe, and even covered all of their medical care. Sadie was later adopted through a rescue, but sadly, her placement wasn’t the right fit. When she was returned, the rescue could no longer help leaving her future uncertain. When we heard her story, our hearts broke for this sweet girl, and we knew we had to step in to give her another chance. Sadie is dog friendly and would love a canine companion to play with, but she’s not good with cats. She’s looking for a home experienced with herding breeds someone who understands their intelligence, drive, and need for both structure and love. Because of her true herding nature, Sadie would do best in a home without young children. With the right person, Sadie will be an incredibly loyal and loving companion who just needs guidance, consistency, and a place to call home. show less
