Are you looking for a sporty dog to go on adventures with? Harley QUINN might be the girl for you. Quinn came from the streets of Mexicali where she was dumped at 8 months old. While in foster she has learned a lot about being part of a family. She wants to be the queen of the castle so she will need adopters who can set up a structured foundation in the home. Because she can guard toys and beds she will do best in a home without young kids. She is also extra interested in cats so she probably shouldn't live with them. Quinn is crate and potty trained and gets along with dogs but sometimes needs a slow introduction. She is still learning how much fun walks can be but she is making progress, she is a little apprehensive on a leash. Quinn is a little over 15 pounds and will likely be about 20 pounds when full grown. She is very sweet, loves playing with her toys and can keep herself occupied hoarding them all on her bed. She loves snuggling with her people and napping on the couch. She is still a puppy though so keep your shoes and socks off the floor! If you would like to meet Quinn please fill out an application and a foster coordinator will be in contact. show less

Meet adorable Dora! Dora came to us a stray from one of our partner shelters, and has since been living in a foster home with another dog. Her foster mom describes her personality as happy and goofy. She loves to run and play in the yard, carry her toys around with her, and follow her canine foster sibling around the house. Dora has been very timid while she’s been with us, but she has made a lot of progress in her foster home. She still needs help and guidance building her confidence, so she will do best in a home with another dog. Young children make Dora a little nervous, so a home with adults or older children will be the most suitable. She currently weighs about 35 pounds at about a year old, and is crate and potty trained. If you are interested in meeting Dora, please fill out an application and her adoption coordinator will be in touch. show less

If you are looking for a mellow companion who loves nothing more than to chill by your side, Larry may be the pup for you! Larry is very easy-going around dogs and adult humans. He wants to spend as much time as possible with his human companions, and apart from a couple easy walks during the day, he is happy to lay about the house and relax all day. Larry loves other dogs, but he is not good with children, so he would do best in a home with adults and other dogs. If you are interested in meeting Electric Larry, please fill out an application on our website and an adoption coordinator will be in touch. show less

Are you looking for a sassy poodle? Cooper could be your guy! He came to us from a local shelter, he's 4 years old, and 13 pounds. Cooper is currently fostered with another white fluffy and a spends some of his days with an 80 pound pit bull. He is good with smaller dogs but can be leery of bigger dogs until he gets to know them. Cooper's favorite activities are tug of war, racing around outside, and his daily walks. He is curious so can pull a little if there is something he wants to investigate and sometimes barks at big dogs or strangers. Cooper is house trained and sleeps on a dog bed, we don't know how he will be with cats, and we don't think a home with kids will be best. Cooper is pretty good in the home but can be obstinate when corrected. For this reason he will need an adopter who knows how to create structure in the home. Cooper came with a little hop in his gait and sometimes seems to limp. There are 3 flights of stairs at his foster home and he runs up and down them all day with no problem. We had him checked out and the vets didn't find any issues with his legs so we are assuming he's just hoppy. If you would like to meet Cooper please fill out an application on our website and an adoption coordinator will be in contact. show less

If you are looking for a sweet and loyal companion to add to your pack, Amaya may just be the pup for you. Amaya came to us from the streets of Mexicali, and since then she has been adjusting to life in a loving foster home with her canine foster sister and human family. She has learned how to sleep in a crate, and is working on perfecting her potty training. At 23 weeks old, she is still a puppy, and occasionally chews on things she shouldn't, but she is happily redirected to a toy or chewy treat. Amaya's biggest challenge is how much she misses her people when they leave. Since she has exhibited some separation anxiety, we believe she will do best in a home with another dog (she gets along great with her canine foster sister). If you would like to meet Amaya, please fill out an application on our website and an adoption coordinator will be in touch. show less
