LLCAS volunteers must go through an online orientation and training prior to volunteering. / Los voluntarios de LLCAS deben de pasar por una orientacion en linea y entrenamiento previo a empezar el trabajo de voluntario.

I will abide by the LLCAS dress policy (pants, tshirt or long sleeves, close toed shoes, no large jewelry, no politically charged or offensive clothing, no ripped jeans, no belly shirts, etc) / Estoy deacuerdo de seguir el código de vestimenta de LLCAS (pantalónes, camiseta o manga larga, zapato punta cerrada, no jeyería larga, no ropa con mensajes politicos u ofensivos, no pantalónes rotos, no camisas cortas, etc)

I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations established by LLCAS, and I understand that failure to do so may result in my immediate termination as a volunteer. / Estoy deacuerdo en cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones establecidas por LLCAS y entiendo que el fallar en esto puede resultar en mi terminación inmediata como voluntario.

As a volunteer, I agree to do my best to represent LLCAS to the public in an accurate and professional manner. On social media I will not try to represent or post on behalf of LLCAS. / Como voluntario, estoy de acuerdo en hacer lo mejor para representar LLCAS al público de una manera profesional y precisa. No intentaré de representar o publicar cosas en beneficio de LLCAS.

I acknowledge that my services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without pay or compensation of any kind, and without liability of any nature on behalf of LLCAS, and all services are to be performed at my own risk.
I recognize that in handling animals and performing other tasks, therein exists a risk of injury including physical harm
caused by the animals. I agree to release and hold harmless LLCAS and any of its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, volunteers, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all loss, damage, claims, liability, costs
and expenses of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation attorney’s fees and disbursements, arising from or occasioned by my services to LLCAS. / Entiendo que mis servicios son estrictamente con un proposito voluntariado, sin paga o compensación de cualquier manera y sin liabilidades de cualquier beneficio natural de LLCAS, y que todos los servicios son hechos bajo mi propio riesgo. Reconozco que al manejar los animales y otros trabajos muestran riesgos incluyendo daño físico causado por los animales. Estoy de acuerdo de liberar y evitar daños a LLCAS y cualquiera de sus oficiales, directores, empleados, afiliados, agentes, voluntarios, representadores, y asigna de y contra cualquier y toda pérdida, daño, reclamos, liabilidad, costos y gastos de cualquier naturaleza, incluyendo sin limitación a cuotas de juez y desembolsos, provenientes de u ocasionados por mis servicios a LLCAS.

I understand if an accident or injury should occur, no matter how minor, that I will complete a Volunteer Injury Report form and seek any necessary medical attention utilizing my own medical insurance. / Comprendo que si un accidente o lesión llega a ocurrir, yo completare un formulario Reporte de Lesión a Voluntario y buscaré la atención medica necesaria utiizando mi propia aseguranza medica.

I understand that if I am or become pregnant while volunteering at LLCAS or have medical conditions that compromise my
immune system, that I should talk to my doctor and get my doctor’s approval to volunteer in an animal shelter. / Comprendo que si estoy o llego a estar embarazada mientras soy voluntario de LLCAS o tengo condiciones medicas que comprometen mi sistema imunologico, debo de hablar con mi doctor y tener la aprovación de este para hacer trabajo voluntario en un refugio animal.

I agree that LLCAS may photograph/video my participation and I herby release any such photographs to LLCAS for use in its programs, publications and purposes. / Estoy de acuerdo con que LLCAS pueda tomar fotografias y video de mi participación y por este medio permito que estas sean utilizadas por LLCAS para sus programas, publicaciones y otros propositos.

I understand and acknowledge that the Leadville Lake County Animal Shelter has voluntarily offered me the opportunity to have
personal contact with one or more animals housed at the shelter. I understand and acknowledge that I have voluntarily
selected the animal(s) I wish to have personal contact with and I knowingly assume the risk of such contact, to include the following: any and all bites, scratches, violent attacks, other personal injury and/or property damage caused by my exposure to and or handling of such animal(s). / Comprendo y reconozco que Leadville/ Lake County Animal Shelter me ha ofrecido voluntariamente la oportunidad de tener contacto personal con uno o más animales que residen en el refugio. Entiendo y reconozco que yo he seleccionado voluntariamente a los animales con los que he deseado tener contacto personal y assumo el riesgo de dicho contacto que incluye lo siguiente: cualquier y toda mordida, rasguños, ataques violentos, otras lesiones personaes y/o daño propietario causado por mi exposición a y el cuidado de dichos animales.

In exchange for the opportunity to visit said animal(s), Leadville Lake County Animal Shelter and its volunteers and
representatives are hereby released from any and all liability for any and all injuries and/or damage resulting from such
exposure and contact. / En intercambio por la oportunidad de visitar dichos animales, Leadville/Lake County Animal Shelter y sus voluntario y representativos por este medio son librados de toda y cualquier libilidad por cualquier lesión y/o daño resultado de dicha exposición y contacto.
