Felius Cat Playroom Waiver

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least nineteen (19) years old and of sound mind. I understand and agree to the following:

1. I will pay fees to interact with cats and/or kittens at FELIUS CAT CAFÉ, and in return, I release the café from any liability related to my participation.

2. I acknowledge the risks involved in interacting with cats and/or kittens, including potential injury or property damage. I agree to cover any medical costs resulting from such interactions.

3. I understand that I should have my own health insurance, as none is provided by FELIUS CAT CAFÉ or FELIUS RESCUE.

4. I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with interacting with the cats and/or kittens.

5. I acknowledge that cats and kittens can be unpredictable and may carry diseases. I release FELIUS CAT CAFÉ and FELIUS RESCUE from liability for any injuries resulting from such interactions.

6. I agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by FELIUS CAT CAFÉ staff and to behave responsibly during my visit.

7. FELIUS CAT CAFÉ reserves the right to remove me from the premises without refund if I fail to comply with rules or instructions.

8. I release FELIUS CAT CAFÉ, FELIUS RESCUE, and their affiliates from any liability for injury or damages resulting from my participation, whether caused by myself, other customers, or café staff.

9. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FELIUS CAT CAFÉ and FELIUS RESCUE from any claims or damages resulting from my actions.

10. I acknowledge that this agreement is governed by the laws of Nebraska and that any disputes will be litigated within Nebraska courts.
