Volunteers play a critical role and directly support our operations. Guided by staff, volunteers help improve animals’ lives in direct and impactful ways. Together, we will form a vital network of empowered advocates who are able to share their experience and knowledge with their families, friends, and neighbors building safer and more humane communities for animals. “Alone we can do so little; together, we can do some much.” – Helen Keller

The volunteer role requires volunteers to be reliable, follow step-by-step instructions, have the ability to problem-solve and feel comfortable asking questions in order to perform effectively.

I understand that I am applying for a volunteer role at the Rover’s Do Over, and that this is not an application for, nor a contract of, paid employment. I hereby affirm that my answers to the foregoing questions are true and correct and that I have not knowingly withheld any fact or circumstances which would, if disclosed, affect my volunteer application unfavorably.

I understand that any statements, representations, or failure to disclose pertinent information will be considered sufficient cause for disqualification from consideration for volunteer service.
