This is a REQUEST to return an animal previously adopted from Paws for Life NC. Ideally, you would foster the animal while we work to find a new adoptive home. If fostering is not possible, per the adoption contract, we require a MINIMUM of two weeks from the date of your request to find a foster placement for your pet. We are committed to taking our animals back, but as a 100% volunteer based rescue without a facility, it may realistically take more than 2 weeks to find an open placement, especially at holiday times or peak summer travel season. We will work as quickly as possible to honor your request.
