What kind of experience do you have with cats, kittens or fostering?

Have you specifically volunteered in an Animal Rescue? If so can you please tell us what you did. If not simply respond 'N/A'

Please let us know whether AMs or PMs work best for you. (We have shifts here at the rescue: Morning shift early AM with arrival as early as 6AM up to arrival no later than 10AM Evening shifts with arrival as early as 2:30 or 3PM up to arrival no later than 5PM)

What Day or Days of the week are you available to volunteer based on your shift preference? (When first starting at the Rescue we recommend committing to 1 specific day a week. If you are available after settling in to volunteer more, we do welcome any additional time you can give.)

Do you have hobbies or extra-curricular activities you enjoy? and do you have experience in Social Media, photography, database work, organizational skills, or any other skills that you may be able to share expertise with Whis-Purr?

I agree that as a Volunteer Team member for Whis-Purr Rescue I will act responsibly with my schedule with the Rescue. If I am not able to make my scheduled time, I will let one of the Rescue Directors know within sufficient time to allow for the director to find someone to replace that shift.

I agree to hold Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc., It's Officers, directors and volunteers, forever harmless for any injury whatsoever that I may suffer as a result of my volunteer activities with Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc. This includes but is not limited to cat/kitten bites, scratches, communicable illnesses or pests contracted from any cat or kitten.

I also agree to hold Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc., its officers, directors and volunteers, forever harmless for any and all personal injuries sustained on the premises of the Adoption Center, regardless of cause or negligence on the part of Whis-Purr Rescue Adoption Center as well as any place outside of the Adoption Center property while volunteering for Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc.

I am aware that as a volunteer of Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc., I am acting as a representative of the organization and agree to act responsibly at all times by maintaining a professional demeanor and protecting the organization's rescued cats and kittens from any harm by practicing common sense while they are under my care of in my possession.

I agree that any cat or kitten rescued by Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc. is owner solely by and is the property of Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc., and as a volunteer of this organization, I will not withhold, sell, or give away any cat or kitten entrusted to me by the organization, either while at the adoption center or in a foster home.

I will not rescue any animal as a stray or at a shelter in the name of Whis-Purr Rescue, Inc. without prior authorization from one of the Rescue Directors of the organization.
