Volunteer opportunities with Border Paws

-Bathing dogs: (they get stinky!) Pick one of our dogs up, and take them home for a bath or take them to the Spaw and bathe them there (we will pay for it), and bring them back when you’re done, or sign up to keep them for the day😊 -Buddy for a day: our dogs hate being here all day everyday, so sign up to pick a furry friend up in the morning and you can bring them back that same evening. Examples of activities: (walk around pet friendly stores, go to the parks, get a pup cup, go for a car ride, take the dog to your house and let them relax, etc.) -Laundry: we don’t have a washer/dryer set up yet, and we have LOTS of dirty bedding that needs to be washed. We can pay if you want to take it to the laundromat. We will meet you at the facility to pickup the dirty bedding and you can bring it back anytime it’s washed. We will provide detergent/bleach-72 HR foster care: ever considered fostering but it still seems like too much of a commitment? Consider taking a furry friend home for just 72 hours. We will provide food, kennel, and anything else needed. Help give a dog a break! -Misc events: sometimes we need extra help setting up events, help during events, or even help delivering materials to participating vendors during events such as Angel tree.

I am about to participate in the voluntary care of animals and other activities at Border Paws Dog Rescue and I am doing so entirely upon my own initiative, risk, and responsibility. I hereby for myself, release Border Paws, from ALL liability. Including but not limited to; claims, demands, actions, or cause of action on account of any injury to me or anyone else which may occur during my volunteer time. I understand that I will not be reimbursed for any voluntary purchases made on my behalf. I understand any damages caused by any animal I volunteer to take is my responsibility.
