Once you make the decison to pick up this animal it has become YOUR responsibliity to make the first efforts to find the owner. That being said we can help provide resources to help you find the family of this pet. Please remember that most domestic animals aren't necessarily a 'stray', most pets are just not at home. We recomend that you go to houses up to and over a mile away, trying to locate the owner.

Also, We do NoT take in cats so please call other shelters or rescues.
