We understand there are circumstances when an owner can no longer care for their pet. This Surrender Request contains the necessary information we need to determine if we can place your animal in our foster care program.
Although we would love to help all pets, please understand that The Rescue Crew is a foster-based rescue and need to assess your pet as well as our current foster home availability before we can make a decision to accept your pet into our organization. Completion of the Request does not guarantee that we will be able to rehome your pet. Additionally, we have extremely limited capacity to accept pit bull-type dogs into our program. This is because we focus primarily on local shelter animals and our impounds and shelters are full of bully breeds in need. As they are facing imminent risk of euthanasia, those animals are our priority.
Please Note: Due to overwhelming demand and lack of resources, we are currently unable to accept any found animals or ownder surrendered animals into rescue at this time. We are only able to consider animals previously adopted from The Rescue Crew.

I certify that the information provided is true and accurate. I also understand that giving false, or incomplete or missing information is grounds for denying this Return/Surrender Request. This form remains the property of The Rescue Crew and does not, in any way, guarantee that we will be able to accept the pet into our rescue's foster care program.
Do you agree to the above. An indication of "yes" will signify your electronic signature and treated as such.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, due to lack of resources and and a general overcrowding in our local shelters, we are unable to accept any found animals or owner surrenders into our foster program. We're sorry that we are unable to help. If you have found an animal or are needing to rehome your personal pet, please visit the Resources section of our website for helpful information.
We continue to process Adoption Return Requests for pets previously adopted from The Rescue Crew only, and will do our best to help. ADOPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. As outlined in our Adoption Agreement & Contract, we do not refund adoption fees if an animal is returned to us.
