This volunteer agreement is entered into on the date set forth below by Pet Tails Rescu. The volunteer has expressed an interest in working with dogs and cats in the care and custody of Pet Tails Rescue. In consideration of Pet Tails Rescue's agreement with volunteer, his/her representatives and/or personnel guardians agrees that they understand the risks of that dogs and cats may pose and have elected to interact with these animals in the care of Pet Tails Rescue voluntarily. The volunteer assume all risk and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Pet Tails Rescue and not to bring suit against Pet Tails Rescue, its officers,volunteers, staff and all other agents or any other parties working for or on behalf of Pet Tails Rescue.
