Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out this form. Hands 'N Paws Animal Assistance maintains full discretion for determining the adopter of our animals. Once an Adoption Inquiry is received, it will be forwarded onto the foster home. If you and foster home determine the animal will be a good fit for you, a link to our Adoption Contract will be sent to you. You can then pay the adoption fee at that time. If you are unable to pick the animal up within 24 hours or would like to meet the animal before making a final decision, you can secure a hold for the animal for up to 7 days for an additional Hold Fee of $25.00.
