I am fully aware that fostering any dog through MLGSDR or volunteering for the rescue has known and unknown risks. I acknowledge that fostering any dog or volunteering at any event with rescue dogs may carry potential of injury, loss of property, and physical harm. The risks may include, but are not limited to, being bit, nipped, or scratched by the dog, property loss to personal property or other animals, personal injury or death. The participant freely and voluntarily assumes and accepts the risk of any injury or harm to my person or property, which may result from fostering any dog or volunteering. Please type your initials in the text box to indicate you accept and agree with this statement.

That MLGSDR shall not be responsible for any and all damages, costs, or expense incurred by the undersigned including, but not limited to, damage or injury to the participant's person or property by the dog, or injury or damages to a member of the family of the participant. Therefore, I agree to hold harmless MLGSDR, its Board of Directors, their successors, heirs or assigns, volunteers, any agent carrying out duties on behalf of MLGSDR, and any and all participating persons who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, from any and all actions, causes of action, lawsuits, claims and demands which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of, or in any way relating to, any and all injuries and damages, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to my participation as a MLGSDR volunteer or foster home.
