Agent Smolder is a hilarious little scamp who wants to be your cat’s new best friend!  He would love to be in a home with another kitty to nap with, play with, and follow from room to room so they can always be sitting together.  Agent is super playful!  All toys are great, especially anything attached to a string - he just doesn't understand why he’s not allowed to take them once he’s gotten them. He also also loves to chase his shadow and hasn’t figured out that he’s never going to catch it. Agent Smolder is a bit shy around humans.  Right now he wants to be pet only on his own terms, and he can be flighty, but he’s getting a little braver every day!  Agent is a great cat for you if you’re willing to take the time to build a relationship with him, preferably through lots of toys and treaties!  This big guy is the "linebacker" of the team!  Anthony might be a solid boy with a thick football star neck but inside he is just a mushy sweetie.  Friendly, laid back and calm, he would be the perfect snuggle partner when you are enjoying your Sunday games.  Hey, he might even be willing to wear your favorite team's jersey!  A tabby who is always ready for a good ear rub, Anthony loves treats (obviously!) and longs for the comfort of a home where he can be the MVP (Most Valuable Pussycat)!  April is the sweetest little lamb, she is 11 years old but you would never know if we didn’t tell you! She is always happy to see you or new people and will show off with many pirouettes when you return home. She is housebroken and finishes her business promptly as soon as you step out for a walk so she can spend the rest of the time happily bouncing down the street. It’s clear that she was in the top of her class in charm school because she is as polite as can be and even knows how to sit and lay down!   April is calm at home and loves to curl up for a snuggle or just follow you around. She is very smart and will often grab her snuffle mat from her toys to encourage you to hide some dry food in it for her to find. Her fluffy hair requires regular brushing and grooming to maintain her lovely sheep-like appearance and remove tangles. Luckily, she is very easy to brush and groom, sitting nicely and allowing all over handling for the entire process.    We think April could easily befriend other small, nice dogs and seems to get along fine with cats. She could be a good fit for a family with children because she is so gentle and easygoing.    This sweet lady has some medical conditions that will need ongoing monitoring and medications. She certainly doesn't feel sick though, and is happy as can be! Her renal support diet and medications are keeping her stable right now and are not overly expensive. Interested adopters should contact PAWS to learn more about this sweet gem. You may "name your own" adoption fee for April, instead putting that amount towards her medical bills, though we appreciate any donation you're able to make so we can continue our lifesaving efforts and save more dogs like April!  Age: 11 years  How I came to PAWS: Owner surrender for health of owner Animal ID#: A42718924 Size/Weight: 21 lbs Mixed breed (It’s impossible to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess.  I am a gentle, but shy little lady with a really big heart! Babs is one of the most gorgeous little angels you will ever meet. She may be very shy, but with a patient owner and a lot of love, she'll show just how sweet she is. She loves to curl up and nap and she is extremely gentle. Once you earn her trust and develop a special bond with her, it will be one of the most rewarding experiences imaginable. She would thrive in a safe and calm environment where she can feel loved and protected. Babs is FIV+, and would therefore be best suited as the only royal kitty in the house.  Hi, I’m Bonbon! I’m a kitten, not a candy, but I’m just as sweet as my name. I like to wear myself out by sprinting from one end of the house to the other with my friends, especially if I get to chase my mouse! My mouse toy and I are a package deal, so he’ll be joining me in my forever home. Once I’m done with my shenanigans, I love cuddling up to snooze with anyone who’ll sit still for long enough. My foster mom says I have the loudest purr she’s ever heard. I have a lot of energy, so it’d be best if I have a feline friend to play with.  Snugly duo looking to be a Shakespearean comedy and not tragedy. Outgoing, fun loving and playful bonded pair of siblings, Mercutio and Calpurnia, would love nothing more than to be immersed in the middle of your family. As a bonded pair, they can usually be found snuggling and playing with each other, but also LOVE to be snuggled up with their people. They both love wrestling with each other, their other sibling, the resident small dog and especially love chasing foil toys and feather wands. Mercution and Calpurnia (Murry and Cali) are being treated for ringworm - which means they will have to wait until they finish up treatment before they can be neutered/spayed, will have to continue with their medicine and be monitored by the PAWs team.  Confetti's name suits her perfectly, because she loves to party! Check out her video to watch how this hilarious girl is always making us laugh with her silly antics, whether it's running around tossing balls in the air by herself or deciding to play with the absolute biggest toy available, she's a delight to hang out with!  Confetti is an absolute sucker for squeaky toys, and is always ready for a game of fetch. She spent the holidays in foster care with another young pup, and had a great time goofing off, snuggling on the couch, and enjoying outdoor adventures. Confetti will be a great fit for an active, fun-loving home. She can likely live with older kids who are comfortable with large dogs. Confetti enjoys playing with dogs and also seems to be good with confident cats. This adorable girl is waiting to meet you at our Northeast adoption center!  Debbie Cakes is as sweet as her name! This older gal has all the benefits of a mature lady - she's calmer, walks well on leash, and seems to be housebroken. She is affectionate and gentle. She does well with other calmer dogs, and will play bow and be very interested in sniffing and making friends. Debbie could live with children who are used to large dogs and will be   gentle with her. We aren't sure how she feels about cats yet.  Debbie had a few cancerous masses that were removed at the time of her spay surgery.  Although the masses were removed, it is possible that new masses could develop in the future.  Age: ~7-10 years old How I came to PAWS: transferred from ACCT, owner could not keep Animal ID#: A43340532 Weight: ~60 lbs (and needs to lose a few!)  Mixed breed (It’s impossible to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess.
