About Fawn

Fawn is a lovely 45 lbs lab/shep/vizla mix who found herself stray after 7 years, likely living in a loving home. She shows that she bonds well and quickly with that human show tells her she is safe and loved. Fawn has a surgery scheduled for the week of 12/2 to remove a mammary tumor that her former owner failed to take care of. She is a light hearted girl, enjoys life, and would do well in a home who enjoys lots of outdoor activities - walking, hiking, etc. We are still getting to know her while she is in a foster home, and so far, she is a super sweet and loving girl. If interested in meeting please email

THIS IS A GUEST POST: Please contact directly if interested in meeting this adoptable pup. Magic is a super sweet boy who is super friendly with people, and is very gentle with all humans. He would be great with older children 13+. If he were in a room with 15 people, he would be the life of the party, showering everyone with his smile, affection and kisses!!! He loves nothing more than to be next to his favorite humans' side and also understands when to give them space. Some of his favorite things to pass the time include eating, getting pets and massages, sunbathing, and grooving to reggae music. He's a quiet soul, rarely barks and does not have any destructive tendencies. He has medium to low energy with a very chill personality, so wouldn't mind a couch potato friend, but also can enjoy his regular walks. His past spinal injury has not kept him from any activity, but because he is a mellow fellow, couching the potato is not a bad pasttime for him. Magic would do very well in either a home with a yard or a condo or an apartment, and someone who can keep him on a regular feeding and walking schedule. He also would be best as the only dog in the home - no cats. Routine activity is beneficial to keeping him on a regular regimen post-spinal injury. And minimal activity is fine for this big boy. He would be a fantastic loving constant companion for anyone!!! If interested in learning more or meeting this fine boy, please contact: show less
