We went down to the shelter and picked up this terrified little hairless chihuahua who looked like she was going to give birth at any moment. She was immediately placed in foster care where she gave birth comfortably in her nice foster home.There, she was doted over along with her newborn pups. Now that she is done being an exceptional mama to six pups, Penny is finally ready to find her very own forever home! This sweet girl is quickly growing in her coat now that she has the proper nutrients and medical attention given. A cuddler, Penny steals your heart as fast as she steals your seat on the couch.
