Note from Bella`s Former Owner:Bella is a beautiful dog. She`s loving and caring and still holds a special place in my heart. Although she`s been the perfect dog inside, she`s shown a completely different personality(that makes me worry about mine and others` safety) outside of our apartment walls. I met her and we got along and decided she had picked me to adopt her. Upon taking her home she seemed to be fine but began showing signs of aggression pretty quickly(which I was informed about prior to adoption, but had no idea of the severity of it). She`s a great dog but needs professional training and our living situation is currently in a small dog friendly apartment complex which makes it very difficult to keep her with so many people around. We had gone away for a few days with her, due to the aggression we were seeing towards neighbors and her being new here. We`ve returned home and unfortunately I do not feel our living situation is fit for her due to the close proximity of others on the daily. When she met my girlfriend for the first time it was a scary aggressive meet and greet. She`s shown non stop aggression towards certain people and has thrown herself at 3 neighbors in total within the first 2 days. She`s a great dog at home when no one is talking or walking by but the second she hears anything she barks aggressively. We have a difficult time taking her out of the house because our neighborhood is very dog friendly. We live in a dog friendly apartment complex and have neighbors who are walking their dogs daily, therefore keeping us restricted. This was not an easy decision but I`ve thought it through and I just feel she`s be best in a house setting with someone who has the space and ability to train her. show less
