About Guinevere

Guinevere is a gentle, sweet-natured cat who loves basking in the sun and snuggling on the couch next to her person. Guinevere surveys the room and saunters through it like she owns the place, she is confident in who she is. Enticed by treats and a big fan of snacks, this gal might be great at clicker training! Guinevere would be happy in a low energy household with no other cats.  Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped. This cat is currently in one of our loving foster home.  If you are interested in meeting this cat, please complete and adoption application via our website (www.thedancingcat.org) and someone will be in contact with you.

Iona is such a unique stunner she stops people in their tracks! With a gorgeously fluffy coat that displays both her Tortie and Siamese markings she commands attention. Underneath all that beauty is a heart of gold. Iona greets guests at the door, offers chit chat when the mood strikes and rubs her face all over to signal that she is ready for affection. When the toys come out she leaps into action and no feather can outwit her hunting skills. Iona's favorite place is high up on the shelf for her cat naps and will want to be in a home with a cat tree or shelves open to her. Iona eyes show signs of some ulceration but the vet believes she has full use of her vision, just gives her more character! Iona co-exists nicely with other cats but is also content to be your one and only.  Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped. This cat is at The Dancing Cat, our adult cat adoption lounge located at 702 E. Julian St in San Jose.  The Dancing Cat is open from noon to 6pm Wednesday through Friday, no appointment needed to meet the cats during this time.  We are also open from noon to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday; appointments required if you want to visit on the weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.  More information about this cat and all of our adoptable cats can be found at www.thedancingcat.org/cats. show less
