About Luna

Luna has won our hearts. We just got her DNA results back and she is equal parts Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog, Cocker Spaniel, Siberian Husky and Labrador Retriever (12.5% each). She adores people and is going to make the best pet for whoever adopts her. She's a Mom herself and wants to take care of everyone including you. She is the young mom to our other pups Mabel, Molly and June (adopted). She is a great mom and has done an awesome job. Luna has spent lots of time at Lucy's Doggie Daycare and loved it. She loved the dog handlers in the yard the most. She is about 2 years old. She is spayed & microchipped. Her vaccines include rabies, DHPP, Bordetella and Influenza. She is current on heart worm and flea preventative, fecal float negative and heart worm test negative. She is crate trained and house broken. She has been around fireworks and hunting gunfire and shown no fear. She has been bird tested at Ryckman Kennels in Boerne and didn’t show too much interest in the sport. She would enjoy training such as agility, fetch and jogging with her adopter. She would work well in a home with other dogs and kids and also would make a great solo dog. She is very loving towards people. Fill out an application for Luna today!

He is a character - a gentle giant. A goofball. Born outside in a neighborhood cat colony, Yeti eventually made his way to a very nice person’s house. It’s been 1 yr and 4 months since he was first brought inside to experience the good life of safe sunny napping spots and an endless supply of food. Back then, although he begged to come in the house, he was still scared of his shadow. But when he was brought inside, he slept for days - like he finally felt safe. He loves to sit by the window all day. He has his very own TV stand next to the window with a dog bed up there (because he’s a whopping 15.2 lbs). He stays there most of the day. He would be very sad without a window….its a necessity for Yeti’s lifestyle. He’s too large for any of the cat trees we’ve seen, his super long body, it’s like a white panther. He has a room that he retreats to if he feels uncomfortable but that’s pretty rare lately. He isn’t a cheerleader for his foster Mom’s vacuum but he won’t flee. He loves his food…very food motivated. He is litter box trained. Has been around other cats when he was in the colony and was fine but of course he left and moved on. He loves to play with his ping pong balls and prefers floor cardboard scratchers to the scratching posts. He likes to sit on the back of the couch and watch movies on his foster mom’s iPad. Yeti is super easy - feed/water him, keep his litter boxes clean (we recommend two) and brush him and love him. He doesn’t demand attention but likes to be near you and will come in for deep leans - pressing his head into your chest. HE LOVES TO BE BRUSHED! He comes with a wonderful pair of glove brushes when he finds his new family. His purr engines get going loud when you even hold them in your hand. He is one of the only cats on earth who lets you work at your desk without interruption! He is quiet in the morning and doesn’t start talking until it is clear you are going to feed him. He’s neutered UTD on vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, dewormed, up to date on Advantage Multi (cannot use Revolution on Yeti’s white fur) and microchipped. show less
