About Honey

The description below is of Honey, who was adopted in February of this year. We were contacted a couple of days ago that her "owner" was highly allergic. Hmmm... seems suspect thought we.... but, o.k. Then they come back and say "She sheds". Ummm, o.k., ALL dogs shed, except for a very few!!! Just be honest with us and say you don't want her anymore!!!!! Our contract says we take the dog back if you don't want them, for any reason. So, not an issue, but don't tell fibs, just say you don't want her. And who cannot want Honey? "This beauty we named Honey because she's sweet as honey. She was on the euthanasia list at the local county shelter. How can that be? Not only is she sweet, she's gorgeous! She is laid back, very calm and loves attention. She gives kisses even when she barely knows you, that's how sweet she is. Her only fault, but we can hardly blame her, is she's not a fan of cats. Totally understandable. Not everyone is a cat lover. Honey is about 8 years old, she is medium sized at 66 lbs and she is heartworm negative. She walks well on a leash, house-trained, up to date on all her vaccs, spayed and microchipped. Won't you bring this sweetie home and give her the second chance she deserves?"
