About Gigi

Adoption Fee: $200

GIGI is a gorgeous three-legged pooch. She will just melt your heart. This mid-sized dog is 9-years-old.

When she arrived at Mostly Muttz Rescue's southern shelter partner, one of her legs was broken in several places. It was very painful for her, and the leg could not be saved. The sweet princess is still learning life on three legs. She is shy when first meeting people, but once you gain her trust she will provide oodles of love wanting nothing more than to be in your lap!

GIGI does fine with other dogs if they are calm. She is totally happy just curling up on your lap and loving you. Will you be the lucky home who chooses GIGI? Please visit to complete an application for this darling girl.

This 3-year-old Brown Beauty is Belle. The petite pittie pooch is 50 pounds and is an absolute dream. She looks to her people for love and reassurance because Belle is a bit shy. This may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball thrown for her but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle is comfortable both inside and outside. She walks well on a leash and loves to greet people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Her confidence has been building while in her new foster home. In fact, Belle has been attending outdoor martial arts classes with her foster mom. It is really helping her learn to trust people. It does take a bit longer with the men. While in foster, Belle has begun to learn about stairs, and she is really starting to get the hang of them. Occasionally, this little darling will nibble on a pillow or blanket near her face but her foster redirects the behavior, working to help Belle learn what is off limits. She enjoys leaning against her peeps, and likes a good belly rub. Belle is just such a love. She is a terrific dog and she is ready to be a part of YOUR family. Do you have a soft spot in your heart and your home for Belle? You can apply to adopt Belle at  Additional adoption criteria:  Any children in the home must be 12 years of age or older. show less
