About Geno

Adoption Fee: $350

7/21 Geno, 2-years-old, has gotten so much better with his in house manners & leash walking skills.  He recently learned how to sit on command and is so eager to show you this trick.   No small children and no felines  for this guy.    Applications with children over 15 will be considered.    He's become quite the snuggle bug with his foster family.       GENO is a Boxer/Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is 2-years-old and is currently a bit underwiegh at 53 pounds, but Mostly Muttz Rescue estimates his healthy weight to be about 60 pounds.

This boy entered the care of Mostly Muttz after he was surrended due to pandemic-related financial struggles. GENO is such a sweetheart, loves to cuddle with people. He loves the car, and is easy to walk,. GENO is fine with other dogs, but no cats for this guy, please.

This 3-year-old Brown Beauty is Belle. The petite pittie pooch is 50 pounds and is an absolute dream. She looks to her people for love and reassurance because Belle is a bit shy. This may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball thrown for her but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle is comfortable both inside and outside. She walks well on a leash and loves to greet people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Her confidence has been building while in her new foster home. In fact, Belle has been attending outdoor martial arts classes with her foster mom. It is really helping her learn to trust people. It does take a bit longer with the men. While in foster, Belle has begun to learn about stairs, and she is really starting to get the hang of them. Occasionally, this little darling will nibble on a pillow or blanket near her face but her foster redirects the behavior, working to help Belle learn what is off limits. She enjoys leaning against her peeps, and likes a good belly rub. Belle is just such a love. She is a terrific dog and she is ready to be a part of YOUR family. Do you have a soft spot in your heart and your home for Belle? You can apply to adopt Belle at  Additional adoption criteria:  Any children in the home must be 12 years of age or older. show less
