Weight: 70 lbs
Reported good with kids 12+

Jordan is a quiet lady. She is a 7-year-old, 65-pound, Pittie princess. This sweet girl has the most beautiful sleek black coat. She is looking for a peaceful life where she can relax and take walks with plenty of time to stop and smell the flowers.

Jordan is house and crate trained and does well on leash and loves to ride in the car. She also does well at the groomer. Jordan will entertain herself with her toys at times, but her favorite thing to do is relax. She is laid-back girl looking for a calm household.

Jordan is cautious. She can become easily startled, which causes her to put her head down and retreat. She could use help building confidence and her foster family is working with her, but she will need consistency and patience from her adopter to continue their efforts.

If you give Jordan time to warm up, she provides nonstop love. Do you have a warm spot in your heart and home for this beautiful and serene lass?

Age: 4 yrs Weight: 45 lbs Reported good with dogs of both genders of similar size This 4-year-old Brown Beauty is Belle. The petite pittie pooch is 50 pounds and is an absolute dream. She looks to her people for love and reassurance because Belle is a bit shy. This may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball thrown for her but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle is comfortable both inside and outside. She walks well on a leash and loves to greet people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Her confidence has been building while in her new foster home. In fact, Belle has been attending outdoor martial arts classes with her foster mom. It is really helping her learn to trust people. It does take a bit longer with the men. While in foster, Belle has begun to learn about stairs, and she is really starting to get the hang of them. Occasionally, this little darling will nibble on a pillow or blanket near her face but her foster redirects the behavior, working to help Belle learn what is off limits. She enjoys leaning against her peeps, and likes a good belly rub. Belle is just such a love. She is a terrific dog and she is ready to be a part of YOUR family. Age: 8 yrs Weight: 50 lbs Reported good with dogs of both genders who are smaller than her Reported good with kids of all ages Dorothy is a love bug with the sweetest eyes. She has the most beautiful soft coat of ivory and brown. This 8 year-old, 65-pound sweetheart will melt your heart. She has the cutest butt wiggle and her tail wags all the time. Dorothy wants to be next to you, preferably with her head on your lap or even better, curled up in your lap. She loves to chill on the couch or dog bed, excelling at curling into the tiniest little circle imaginable. She also loves to romp in the grass, where she loves to roll on her back. Dorothy loves children of all ages. She needs slow introductions with other dogs, but has lived in a house with small dogs happily. She might like a slightly larger dog to play tug with. Dori (for short) recently learned to use stairs and she is doing great! She does not like to be confined, such as a crate, because she wants to be with her people or other dogs as much as possible. Dorothy is good as gold around the house if left alone, as she is perfectly house trained with good manners. Dorothy can't click her heels, but she keeps repeating "there's no place like home."
