About Cooper

Adoption Fee: $200

Sweet Cooper is a 70 pound, 8 year old Hound mix with big floppy ears and an even bigger heart. He has the most pleasant, loving personality; everyone that meets him falls in love instantly. He is an absolute dream on a leash, and he loves going for walks. Cooper is very smart - he knows many commands - sit, down, shake, high five, speak and roll over! He loves dogs, cats, and humans of all ages; he’s so perfect and wonderful!  He will need a home with a minimum of a 6 foot fence or someone who will always take him out on leash because he loves to take his own adventures if given the chance.  Cooper is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.  To adopt Cooper apply at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application His adoption fee is $200. To adopt Cooper apply at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application

Hi! My name is Billy but my foster mom calls me Silly Billy! She tells me I’m a very special pup because although I may have had a rough start to life, I still love with all my heart. I started out way down in Louisiana. When the nice people from the shelter saved me from living all my whole life on the end of a chain, I was so skinny and scared! They took really good care of me until Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue in Michigan took over, and I began a brand new life up here in the north. I feel and look so much better now! All I need is my very own forever home. I do have some requirements for my family however. I’m pretty picky about the dogs I like, so I probably should be an only dog. I love cats way too much, and play too rough, so it's not a good idea for me to be around them. I need a fenced in yard for my own safety and the safety of my future family. I’d never want my family hurt by chasing me into traffic or something else just as scary. My people are my whole world! I’m also still a puppy; or at least I think I am. I am only about a year old and really need my future family to be 100% committed to doing training classes with me. I’m really smart and pick things up fast so I’d love learning new things with them. I've learned so much already with my foster folks! I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines. I am so ready to go home. My adoption fee is only $200. show less
