About Dixie Cup

Adoption Fee: $200

This Girl is as Adorable as her name - Dixie Cup. She is an all-around Senior Sweetheart at 10 years young.

Dixie Cup came to us when her owner passed away. She had lived with her brother her whole life but he was adopted quickly and so she found herself alone without anyone she knew. We at Mostly Muttz knew that we could find her a Loving Home where she would feel safe and included again.

Dixie Cup walks great on a leash, is good with other dogs and kids and seems to adapt to her surroundings very well. She is house-trained and is just a Delight. What she needs most is someone to be her friend and a home where she is cherished. If you Love the older dogs as much as we do, Dixie Cup is THE ONE for YOU!

You can apply to adopt Dixie Cup at www.mostlymuttz.org/adoption-application/.

This 3-year-old Brown Beauty is Belle. The petite pittie pooch is 50 pounds and is an absolute dream. She looks to her people for love and reassurance because Belle is a bit shy. This may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball thrown for her but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle is comfortable both inside and outside. She walks well on a leash and loves to greet people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Her confidence has been building while in her new foster home. In fact, Belle has been attending outdoor martial arts classes with her foster mom. It is really helping her learn to trust people. It does take a bit longer with the men. While in foster, Belle has begun to learn about stairs, and she is really starting to get the hang of them. Occasionally, this little darling will nibble on a pillow or blanket near her face but her foster redirects the behavior, working to help Belle learn what is off limits. She enjoys leaning against her peeps, and likes a good belly rub. Belle is just such a love. She is a terrific dog and she is ready to be a part of YOUR family. Do you have a soft spot in your heart and your home for Belle? You can apply to adopt Belle at www.mostlymuttz.org/adoption-application/.  Additional adoption criteria:  Any children in the home must be 12 years of age or older. show less
