About Croissant

Adoption Fee: $400

Croissant is a 10-month-old, 16 pound Terrier/Chihuahua mix with a Sweet personality. Look at those Ears! This little girl LOVES to play. She enjoys her trips to the dog park and is always up to fetch her soccer ball.

Croissant is housebroken, with just an accident, here or there and she thinks of her crate as her cave. "Bedtime" is a Favorite for this Sweetheart. She is good in the car and likes rides a bunch.

Croissant had been adopted but when her family moved to another home they discovered she had allergies to something in their neighborhood. It is often difficult to figure out just what is causing the allergic reaction when it is environmental, so her family decided, for her sake, that she might do better in another area. Thankfully, she has had no further reactions at her current foster home. We believe she was living near fields of tall grass and that she was bitten regulalry by flies there. It tuens out, she is allergic to fly bites. Her ideal home would not be near this type of a field or concentration of plants.

Croissant is a Happy, Fun-Loving pup who likes to Cuddle and wants to be YOUR Girl!

This 3-year-old Brown Beauty is Belle. The petite pittie pooch is 50 pounds and is an absolute dream. She looks to her people for love and reassurance because Belle is a bit shy. This may explain why she is a cuddler extraordinaire! There is one thing Belle likes as much as hugs - toys! She loves toys. She loves to chase a toy or ball thrown for her but has not quite mastered the ‘return’ of fetch yet. So cute! Belle is comfortable both inside and outside. She walks well on a leash and loves to greet people in her neighborhood, though she is still very shy when initially meeting them. Her confidence has been building while in her new foster home. In fact, Belle has been attending outdoor martial arts classes with her foster mom. It is really helping her learn to trust people. It does take a bit longer with the men. While in foster, Belle has begun to learn about stairs, and she is really starting to get the hang of them. Occasionally, this little darling will nibble on a pillow or blanket near her face but her foster redirects the behavior, working to help Belle learn what is off limits. She enjoys leaning against her peeps, and likes a good belly rub. Belle is just such a love. She is a terrific dog and she is ready to be a part of YOUR family.
