• Treat all animals with kindness, patience, and humane care.
• Follow all rescue policies, procedures, safety rules, and instructions provided by rescue leadership.
• Use respectful language and behavior toward staff, volunteers, adopters, and the public.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive rescue, adopter, foster, volunteer, and medical information. Any
unauthorized sharing of confidential or proprietary rescue information—including internal communications, medical
records, adopter details, foster information, or business operations—may result in immediate dismissal from volunteer
service and may carry legal consequences.
• Refrain from abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior toward people or animals.
• Represent Woof Animal Rescue positively at all times, including at events and on social media.

activities that could result in injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with
volunteering and hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Woof Animal Rescue,
its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims or liability for injury, loss, or damage that may
occur while volunteering, except where prohibited by law. I acknowledge that I am volunteering at my own risk.
