LIABILITY:

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. I understand that this cat or kitten may have been surrendered, lost or rescued from an unfortunate situation and Jette's Foster Critters and their rescue partners et. al., cannot and do not warrantee the health, temperament or suitability of this animal. I AGREE TO RELEASE Jette's Foster Critters and its agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any damages or injury sustained once the cat is in my possession.

Contract Stipulations

I am aware that the adoption fee is non-refundable. I understand that any violation of any part of this agreement can result in forfeiture of the animal and its return to Jette's Foster Critters and/or its representative.

I have read this agreement and will abide by all stipulations of the contract.I do not agree to the stipulations. This will void any claims I have on this animal.
