In certain cases, we help cat owners cover a portion of the cost of veterinary care to help reduce the overwhelming number of cats suffering, being euthanized, or entering shelters simply because their owners or caretakers cannot financially provide the veterinary support they need. Through this program JSCR provides financial assistance to shelters and the general public for cat-related needs, such as spay/neuter, vaccines, and general or emergency veterinary care.

Please note: Although we try to assist as many cats and cat owners as we can, submission of this form does not guarantee you will receive assistance through the Help Meowt program.

Additionally, any financial assistance approved and further provided through the Help Meowt Program is paid directly to the veterinary clinic that provides the agreed-upon services.

Incomplete applications will not be processed. Please include the complete estimates and complete medical records with your applications. Failure to upload or email the necessary documents pertaining to your case with your application will result in a denial.

Approval for financial assistance is at the discretion of our staff, and we can decline your application for any reason.
