If the cat/kitten needs emergency medical care or is injured, please take directly to PACC during business hours or VCA Valley Animal Hospital and ER.
Please note, being a 501c3 non-profit organization, we do have surrender fees as follows: $50 per kitten, $100 for a cat over a year old, and $200 a litter. We understand financial circumstances may be a factor with this and will work with surrenders, but anything helps with their care while with us.
Once we have received this form, our Foster Intake Coordintor will contact you via email as soon as possible. Please remember that completion of this form is in no way an agreement for surrender, it is simply a request and we will do our best to respond and accomodate if we can.

Have you reported this/these cat(s)/kitten(s) as found to PACC, HSSAZ or other lost pet databases?

I understand that I will be contacted via email asap, sometimes this can be a day or several days. If this is an emergency please contact your local shelter as we are 100% volunteer based and not available 24/7
I understand that SACR is a foster home based organization and does not have space for ALL strays. Acceptance is based on available foster homes.
I understand that there is a high volume of stray intake requests and SACR's priority are those most at risk and we have limited spaces to fill. Given this information, if you fail to follow through in a timely manner when contacted by our Intake Coordinator we may then deny the request.
I understand that Hunter's Kitten Lounge is a branch of SACR, but NOT a place to drop off or dump cats/kittens. If this action is done, authorities will be called and action taken.
