This form is for cats and kittens that are considered FERAL (not domestic, not able to be socialized). These cats have likely been outside for quite a while or were born and survived outdoors and on their own. They are wild and can be aggressive. These cats are not someone's pets. They will typically run away when you approach them. However if they feel threatened, they may lunge at you. There may be friendly cats and kittens mixed in here as well, and in most cases, they can be kept by the rescue and adopted out. We will assume physical custody of the friendly cats and kittens during this time.
Please email clear photos/videos of the cat(s) to info@furallkittys.com, our Facebook messenger or text them to 412.979.9855. Please also send photos of the areas where the cats usually spend their time. Photos and videos help us to get an idea of the cats conditions, how many there are, and a feel for the area that we will be trapping. Please provide your name in the text and why you are texting.
Fill out the form with as much information as possible so that we can come up with the best solution for the cat(s). Failure to provide requested and details information may result in you not receiving a response to your request. There is no identified time frame offered for a response after sumitting this form as we receive numerous requests per day and are all volunteers.
Fur All Kittys (FAK) does not promise or guarantee that we will be able to assist you with your needs. When we cannot help, we will make every effort to provide additional resources or contacts (with no guarantee on outcome).
There is a suggested donation with any request. All of the cats need care and cost money to vet, spay/neuter, feed and shelter. Donations can be cash or some type of needed items. We know that ferals are not your cats, but they are not ours either and we must find a way to cover costs associated with taking them into the rescue. None of the vet services we obtain are free to us and we pay office and other fees just like any person does.
