Please email clear photos of the cat(s) to fur.all.kittys@gmail.com, send them to our messenger page on Facebook, or text them to 412.979.9855. When you send a text, please also send your name and the reason why you are texting.

Fill out the form with as much information as possible so that we can come up with the best solution for the cat(s). There is no identified time frame offered for a response about this form It is necessary because we have numerous messages in any one day and need a way to streamline the requests. There is also no guarantee that we will take the cat(s) but rather we can offer some suggestions to this issue.

Please understand that any decision made to take or not take the cat(s) into our rescue is made in the best interest of not only your cat(s), but the ones that are currently in our care. All of the cats, ours and yours, are our number one priority. Your sittuation is not our concern and our decision to take or not take the cat(s) is not an attempt to help YOU. Our decision is based solely on the needs of our cats already in our care, first, then the cat(s) that you are attempting to surrender, in that order.

Fur All Kittys (FAK) does not promise or guarantee that we will be able to assist you with your needs. When we cannot help, we will make every effort to provide additional resources or contacts (with no guarantee on outcome).

There is a suggested donation with any request. All of the cats need care cost money to vet, spay/neuter, medicate, feed and shelter. Donations can be cash or some type of needed items. None of the vet services we obtain are FREE to us and we pay office and other fees just like any person does.

I hereby certify that I am the owner of the cat(s) described above or I am filling this out on behalf of someone that is not able and I have their permission to do so.
Once ownership has been transferred, I/they will no longer receive any reports as to the condition or status of the cat(s).
I understand that I am relinquishing the cat(s) to Fur All Kittys and I acknowledge and agree that the cat(s) will not be returned to me/them. Once out of the owners physical custody, Fur All Kittys shall have the sole and exclusive legal right to make all decisions, and to take all action, regarding the cat(s).
