Surrender of Ownership Statement I hereby certify that I am the legal owner of the animal described above and that I am voluntarily surrendering all rights, ownership, and custody of this animal to Traveling Tails & Ragamuffin Rescue. I understand that by signing this form, I relinquish any and all claims to the animal and grant full authority to the rescue to make all decisions regarding the animal’s care, treatment, and placement. I acknowledge that Traveling Tails & Ragamuffin Rescue is under no obligation to provide updates on the animal’s status after surrender and that I will not attempt to reclaim the animal outside of official adoption procedures. I further release the rescue, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from this surrender.
