Adoption applicants must be at least 25 years of age and have proof of residency.
Please be advised that STARFISH KITTENS RESCUE requires a one time $200 adoption donation per kitten to offset rescue and medical costs. {Cats require veterinary care throughout their lives. If you cannot afford this donation, please consider if you can afford appropriate long-term care.}
By submitting this Adoption Application you confirm: I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO ADOPT A KITTEN FROM STARFISH KITTENS RESCUE NOR IS STARFISH KITTENS RESCUE OBLIGATED TO ADOPT A KITTEN TO ME.
* Starfish Kittens Rescue adoptions are made in the best interest of the kitten(s).
* Starfish Kittens Rescue adoptions are finalized at the discretion of the board.
* Starfish Kittens Rescue reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone for any reason and may not disclose reason for adoption denial.
* Starfish Kittens Rescue is permitted to contact the individuals listed on this form.
