I understand that I may be interacting directly with animals. I understand it is recommended that I obtain a tetanus shot from my physician or the Health Department prior to volunteering as I may be working with unpredictable animals that can scratch or bite. If I refuse to obtain a tetanus shot, I do so at my own risk and I will hold Desert Cat & all it encompasses free from liability.

I also agree that I will make no claims for wages or compensation for the time in which I am performing volunteer functions.

I understand that photographs and videos taken of volunteers may be used in Desert Cat Rescue & Sanctuary of Arizona's promotional materials. Checking the "I agree" box below constitutes consent to use any future photographs or videos in which I am featured.
