If handled incorrectly, TNR cats or rescue kittens can harm you.TNR cats may urinate or defecate in your vehicle during transport and a tarp will be needed to protect against any unwanted damage.TNR cats and rescue kittens will be treated as if they were your own during transport.Saving Livy Cat Rescue may contact you at any time in order to discuss the volunteer schedule.If TNR cats are not kept contained, you or your animals may be at risk. You agree to keep TNR cats contained until surgery and till release date, if you are the one doing the recovery.Saving Livy Cat Rescue is NOT responsible for your own pets' safety or medical treatment, if TNR cats or rescue kittens are not kept separated.Should TNR cats or rescue kittens fall ill while in your care, you agree to call Saving Livy Cat Rescue ASAP to discuss the next steps for medical treatment. Should you take them to another veterinary clinic outside of the rescue without getting prior approval for reimbursed medical expenses, you will be financially responsible for ALL costs incurred.Saving Livy Cat Rescue is the legal guardian of any TNR cats or rescue kittens you are transporting for us. We have the final say when it comes to the medical treatment plans and more. You do not have the rights to any animal you are picking up or dropping off. You may not give them away, under any circumstances.Saving Livy Cat Rescue may terminate any volunteer agreement at any time, with no prior notice.You certify you or anyone in your household have never been convicted or charged with animal cruelty, neglect, or abandonment.You agree to hold Saving Livy Cat Rescue harmless from any consequential problems or damages arising from this volunteer agreement. Any illness, disease, injury, damage, car accidents, etc. will be the responsibility of the volunteer.You agree to transport TNR cats or rescue kittens in exchange for no monetary gain. Saving Livy Cat Rescue operates solely on volunteers and public donations. We do not have any government funding or backing from any national animal organization.
