The Project Spay and Neuter Program is for pet owners who would like to spay or neuter their pet(s) and cannot afford the surgery without assistance. This program is currently not available for animals in the possession of rescues or shelters. This canine program is made possible by the coordination of Sagehills Veterinary Services, Pawsitive Alliance, Hands 'N Paws and Wags 'N Wiskers.

A fee of $45 for each dog must be submitted with the application by going to www.handsnpawswa.com and clicking on the donation button or using the link that may be at the end of this application. The application is not considered complete until the payment has been made. The fee will only be refunded if the application is not approved. There will be NO refund of the fee for any other reason,
Microchipping and registration of the chip can be done for $15.00. Would you like this done?
I acknowledge and hereby agree that a current rabies vaccine is required by state law and if I cannot provide proof of a current vaccine, the rabies vaccine can be given for $5.00. I would like this done.
Annual Parvo/Distemper vaccines can be done for $10.00. Would you like this done?
To qualify, fill out the above application entirely. Once the application and fee are recieved, You will be contacted to schedule a drop off time and date and you will be sent an email confirmation. Note: The Project Spay and Neuter does not offer any non-surgery services other than those mentioned above.

I acknowledge and hereby agree that if my pet is found to have fleas or ticks during the pre-surgery exam, treatment will be administered at the direction of the veterinarian. There may be an additional fee to be paid at the time the animal is picked up.
