Congratulations on adopting a MatchDog. We hope your MatchDog has settled in nicely. Please use this form to request your refund. Once we receive your request a volunteer will review your request for completeness and eligibility. Please allow up to 4 weeks for reimbursement. Many of our adopters choose not to apply for the spay reimbursement and send us lovely messages asking us to apply it to continuing our important mission of saving dogs like yours. If you choose this option please shoot us a message and let us know so we can thank you. You can also claim the $125.00 as an additional tax deduction. Either way, thank you for being part of the MatchDog Family.
