Has your Siberian husky been exposed to COVID-19 or a family member that had or tested positive for COVID-19? If so have you bathed and sanitized your Siberian husky?
Have you or your family been in contact with anyone with COVID-19?
We strive to help educate families that need help with their huskies. We hope you have worked with others or us before coming to this point. K-9's are as emotional as people and the stress will be great for them as much as it will be for you upon separating.
PLEASE fill out information fully and honestly! We strive to place huskies in suitable furever homes and if there are any hidden traits or information NOT disclosed can endanger the future of the pup. Do not be ashamed if your pup being surrendered has aggression or a disability as we have applicants from all walks of life ready for a range of pups with different needs.
Please detail your reason for surrendering your Siberian husky.
How old is your Siberian husky being surrendered? What is his/her birth-date?
What color coat is your Siberian husky being surrendered?
What is the sex of your Siberian husky being surrendered?
What is the name of your Siberian husky being surrendered?
What is the time-frame in which you are hoping to re-home your Siberian husky? Please allow us up to 48 hours after submitting your request to review, communicate with available fosters and volunteers about this request. We DO NOT have a sanctuary to house numerous pups.
Many times we are at max capacity. We are a foster based organization and rely on available families to care for our pups until they are adopted out. We have a database of applicants and we do our best to go through it to see if each surrender is suitable for their family and sometimes this can take from 1 week up to 8 months at times. Our average adoption timeframe currently is 7 weeks.
Are you willing to temporarily foster your Siberian Husky and give us time to get them adopted out?
While fostering for us, do you agree to contact us of all issues, requirements and problems that may arise while fostering the pup?
While fostering for us, do you agree to leave all vetting of applicants to us as we have a database we use and a process that ensures our rescues go to the appropriate furever home?
Having up to date health information on your Siberian Husky is VITAL in how we proceed in getting care for them. With knowing the medical history we can continue care and not disrupt the health of the pup. We do verify vet records.
Please list the name of your primary care veterinary clinic.
Provide the phone number of your primary care veterinary clinic.
Is your Siberian husky Up-To-Date on all vaccinations? Is he/she neutered/spayed?
We will need vaccination documentation upon accepting surrendered Siberian husky. Please scan and upload below.
