I understand that it is my decision whether or not to foster any particular dog. I will not hold Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc. (WGSPR) responsible for any damage, injury or harm caused directly or indirectly by any dog I handle as a volunteer for any rescue program. I understand that it is not the policy of the rescue to reimburse costs incurred in the rescue of dogs in any locality. The local club fund, adoption donation or local fund-raising effort will contribute to reimbursement. I will not bring suit against Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc., (WGSPR) its agents, volunteers, their heirs or estates in case of financial or other loss resulting from my activities as a rescue volunteer. I understand and agree that if I do not participate in any volunteer activities for six (6) months, that Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc. has the right to terminate my application and approval and if I want to assist at some point in the future, I will have to re-apply. I understand and agree to ensure all my current pets are up to date with a heartworm test and tested annually and that I give monthly heartworm preventative to my current pets in order to foster for Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, Inc., (WGSPR).
