Hazel is a sweet somewhat shy 1 to 2 year old female and would do best in a home without small children. She loves to play and wants to be with people. Hazel is a talker, anytime she moves around she will make a quiet meow to let you know that she is there. She loves to be on your chest or lap and will show you where she wants to be rubbed. She does not like to be carried but will come to you when called. She is like an alarm clock, at 7:00 am she will be on your chest with those big eyes looking at you waiting for her half can of cat food, this happens again about 5:00 pm for the rest of the can every day.  Hazel is a loyal and great companion to her foster for the last four months. She is a sweet and loving young cat waiting for you to take her home. Hazel’s adoption also includes many of her favorite toys. Molly  Meet Molly.  She is a 1 1/2 yo coon hound mix found abandoned and malnutrition and extremely terrified.  Based on behaviors, we believe she was a failed hunting dog that was left behind tied to a fence.   Molly has come a very long way.  She was afraid of everyone, did not trust even food offers, could not be created without destroying the crate and hurting herself and terrified of any loud noises.  Her first foster home had a cat that she was afraid of.   We have done a lot of work.  She’s at a healthy weight and is treat motivated now which has helped with training.  She comes when called, is perfectly house trained and can tolerate crate time quietly.  She’s learning how to play and has found an exuberance that just seems joyful.  She has been spayed and chipped and we have taught her some basic commands.  She loves walks but needs more leash training.  Her energy level now that she’s less anxious is perfect for an active person or family.   Molly has never shown any aggression even when most severely anxious.  She just had the flight not fight reaction.  I’m sure she will need time to adjust in transitioning to her new furever home, but even our dog sitter found within a day she was comfortable.  She’s sill not comfortable riding in cars without someone leaning on her or a firm crate.  But she has free run in our home and other than dog toys and slippers, she just likes to watch outside, rest, play, eat and repeat.   Molly will let you know when someone’s at the door but she won’t be aggressive.  We do keep her contained to yard, house or a leash for her safety and recommend that of her new home.  On odd occasions she got out of the fence, she came when called but has no road fear and poses a risk to herself. Molly likes contact.  When nervous she often wiggled her way behind me to have the pressure of me against her on the sofa... with her head on my shoulder.   We have a thunder jacket but have not needed in months.   This delightful dog with so much love to give needs a home.  She’s a 60 pound, lean and sweet treasure. show less

Welcome Scraps to the United States and PAR. Scraps was a momma dog that made her way onto a US Military base in Saudia Arabia. She had her puppies and puppy daddy with her. She was extremely skinny and malnourished so the Soilders started feeding her their scraps. This led them to call her Scrappy or Scraps for short. She is VERY sweet! Good with dogs. Ignores cats. Loves to give kisses. She is very skittish around traffic, after all, there are not cars in the middle of the desert, only Camel's. Scraps had an adopter lined up in the US but unfortunately that has fallen through and she is now looking for her Forever home here in the states. The whole family was saved and has arrived safely in the US and with their adopters. Lets find Scraps the forever home she so deserves. Scraps is working on her house manners. There are no restrooms in the middle of the desert so you go where you need to. She will need a patient home while she adapts to US living and INDOOR living! Fill out an application online to adopt Scraps. The adoption fee is $200 which includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you.
