Hey there, my name is Raven! Are you looking for a new addition to your family? Well, great news – I am currently on the search for my forever family and would love to share with you a little bit about myself! I am a 2 year old VERY sweet female boxer mix with a dark, beautiful brindle coat. I absolutely love every person I meet, really enjoy snuggling and will give you all the kisses you could ever want! I have such wonderful house manners and you can trust that I’ll never get into anything that isn’t mine. I am potty trained and do just fine with free roam when left alone, but I am also crate trained and actually really love my crate – especially at bedtime! I eagerly run upstairs and lay down in my crate next to my foster parents’ bed every night when it’s time for bed – it just always makes me feel so safe and cozy! I am very playful, but my foster mom also says I have one of the calmest demeanors she has ever encountered. What can I say - I guess I am sort of the best of both worlds with my calm and peaceful, yet fun and playful, personality!! I have four foster-fur siblings and REALLY love all of them! I needed a little work on my socialization when first arriving to my foster home - I would just get so excited to play and didn’t realize how rough I could be at times. However, my foster mom says I’ve made a ton of progress and play really well now! I can still sometimes get a little wound up so proper introductions to new dogs would be helpful – but the good news is that I am a really, really phenomenal listener. I just love my people and am super eager to please so, although I might need a quick gentle reminder every once in a while, I always respond extremely well to subtle ques. I have zero food, treat, bone or toy aggression. I honestly didn’t even really understand the appeal of toys when I first arrived - but am starting to realize they can be quite fun and are often even better when sharing with my foster-fur siblings! Although I’m not your typical wild 2-yr old boxer, I do have a good amount of energy and would really love to find a forever family with a male pup that will want to run around and play with me. I'd be just as happy as an only pup too though! I've lived with cats in the past, but would appreciate a slow introduction to any new feline pals as it's been a while. I walk great on a leash, love going for car rides and have the cutest little happy dance when it’s time to eat. Long story short – I am pretty much the perfect package!!
