Hi I'm Lucy.  I'm a 4 year old, spayed girl and I weigh 80lbs.  I was adopted from the shelter but unfortunately my new family was unable to care for me so they're working with my friends at EDCGSR to find me the perfect forever home.  A little about me... I'm very good with people, I just love people. In my foster home I live with a 2 year old and I love that little "pup".   I also live with other small dogs and while we aren't the best of friends, I do enjoy going to the dog park and playing with other dogs closer to my size.  I love balls and toys and love to play fetch. I really love the water and have webbed feet so I'll probably be a great swimmer.  I'm playful, energetic and really want to please so I'd do well with someone who's active and/or likes to run.  I used to be an outside only farm dog but now I sleep on a dog bed beside my foster Mom's bed.  She says I'm housetrained and that I'm a real good girl.  I know SIT, DOWN, SHAKE AND COME.  I'm working on STAY.  I walk pretty well on a HALTI but sometimes I get really exctied when I see new dogs, but I'm working on that. I also really like to chase squirrels, so I'd probably chase cats too. Sometimes my nose gets the best of me and I can get it into places it shouldn't be.  While on the farm I wanted to play with the horses, but instead wound up getting my tail stomped on. It had to be partially amputated.  It's Ok cause it just makes me look cuter! I I am still working on manners, but I think that's a life long thing.  If you're looking for a very sweet girl who gets along with any human I've met so far, an active gal who loves to run and play, I could be your new best friend.   I'm current on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped Adoption Donation: $300.00 show less
