Birthdate: June 7, 2018. Bloomer is a tender, curious, female tabby - a little ball of fluff and fun - who was just a few days old when she, her mom Moxie and sisters Lucy and Roo, were brought to the shelter as a strays. Bloomer's mom was very skinny and sickly, but Paws for Life took in the whole family. They nursed Moxie back to health, and now everyone is safe, healthy and happy! Bloomer is very friendly and inquisitive, and has always been the first kitty to greet her Foster Mom at the door. She often just sits and studies her Foster Mom for long periods. She loves to explore, and will occasionally try to dart out the door of her Kitty Room, with no fear of what might be out there (dogs!). When Foster Mom lies on the floor to play with the kitties, Bloomer will give her Foster Mom kisses, or snuffle around in her hair. She plays hard, climbing up her scratching post, chasing after her sisters and running after balls and toy mice. She's always the first one to tire out, and will fall asleep still standing up. She just doesn't want the fun to end! She eventually gives in, and will cuddle up next to Foster Mom and purr herself to sleep. Bloomer does great with her litter box, and will often jump in and "help" while her Foster Mom cleans it. Bloomer would be perfect for any home! She has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Her $95 adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip and rabies shot.
