Dallas is a 1 year old male boxer/American bulldog mix. He’s about 65 lbs of pure love, and definitely has a puppy playful side. He is house trained and crate trained. He’s good with dogs but might do better with dogs his size or bigger because his energy and strength can sometimes scare the smaller pups. He does not have one mean bone in his body. He is not cat tested. Dallas loves everyone he meets but he especially loves kids, and he does very well with them. When he gets excited he could accidentally knock over the smaller children though. He needs work on his leash walking, but I think he’d do great with a gentle leader and we plan to try that soon. Since he's still in a puppy phase, he’s still learning what’s ok and not ok to chew on and learning not to jump up on you but he does listen very well to “nope” and he’s been showing improvement. He’s pretty goofy and has the best puppy eyes of any dog I’ve ever met. He loves to cuddle on the couch with you (or ON you!) and get pets. He also likes tennis balls, ropes, and destroying stuffed toys! Dallas is a very, very sweet 1 year old boxer mix. He's about 60lbs of happy go lucky energy. He is potty trained and crate trained. He is done with his HW treatment and doing great, he’s a very playful fun pup. He even throws toys for himself while playing in the backyard, so he can be a little goofy. He is dog friendly, and I think he’d enjoy playing with other fur babies. All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. The standard minimum donation for puppies is $300, dogs over 12 months is $200 and for our senior dogs $100. Diezel is so sweet and playful; but the little guy is shy. I can only imagine why...poor thing was found with two other pups by a home health care worker. Her patient was disabled and not caring for these puppies, they had minimal food, no fresh water, probably no human interaction. She kindly had them surrendered to Dogrrr. Unfortunately one of the pups passed away but Diezel and Ryker are now in foster homes where they are learning to trust humans again. As you can imagine, it is a slow process that takes patience, consistency and love to win their trust. Diezel is doing good; it just takes him a little time to warm up but once he does he is a big time cuddler. He will be a perfect companion; if you willing to give him a chance in the beginning to get to know and love you. Such an adorable pup that has such a cute personality. He loves any and all dogs and never met a 'dog stranger'; definitely help to have a dog companion in his household, that will help him gain trust and feel more confident. Dorado is a sweet boy, he just needs a little reassurance that he is loved and will not be left again. He is loyal, dedicated and wants to follow you everywhere. He is house broken and loves to hang in the house. Dorado is quite the character and deserves a chance at a loving home. Here's Dorado's Story... This sweet boy was found wandering the streets of Puerto Rico, surviving all by himself for months... after a category 4 hurricane devastated his home. He is people friendly & luckily for him, he wandered up to Dallasdogrrr rescuers outside of a burrito stand. It was obvious that this sweet boy used to be somebody's buddy. He is a great fit for a stay at home person or retired couple... he doesn't seem to enjoy cats but really loves humans in general...also kid-friendly. He does well with other dogs outside & on walks in the park but would rather be the only doggo at home. He is super smart & in just a few days has learned commands like sit, Sit-Stay & Find It! He continues to learn every single day. All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. The standard minimum donation for puppies is $300, dogs over 12 months is $200 and for our senior dogs $100. Dottie is such a sweet, gorgeous gal. She was found with her kittens in an antique car a family had in their shop at home. Due to the age of the kittens (estimated to 2-3 weeks old when found), we are pretty certain she took them there seeking shelter after she already birthed them. The family went out of town and locked up their shop, unknowingly locking Dottie and her babies inside for several days. She had no food or water but remained with them, doing her best to care for them while she struggled to provide enough milk to keep them alive. We are not certain the cause of death of the kitten who was found deceased but lack of nutrients was likely the cause. Dottie was so tired and dehydrated when found, she willingly allowed her finders to pick her and her kittens up to take them to safety. She has been in foster care since April 18th and her foster family is so impressed with her. She greets them with a purr and bounds towards them each time they enter the room, waiting for rubs and love. She uses the litter box and takes treats gently. Dottie is an exceptional gal who deserves nothing but the best. All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. The standard minimum donation for kittens (under 12 months) is $150 and all cats over 12 months are $100. Her eyes are so soulful. Elliott is looking for the perfect family to see past her muscle tic (from distemper) and allow her time to warm. Elliott is a beautiful, smart, sweet pup. She will be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a dog to pamper and understand her fight. She takes a little extra time to connect and build that bond but once you do it will be well worth the wait. She needs that special time with other dogs as well. She was found as a stray in South Texas without her mommy or any siblings. Shortly after she got here she came down with parvo, sweet girl fought hard and made it through this deadly disease. Then had to fight distemper and was left with a little twitch but other then that she is sweet and loveable. She's enjoying life with her foster brothers and sisters and quickly found her voice! She plays hard and naps hard! Great with other pups, large and small. Not sure about cats, they're alien to her right now. Is a real cuddle-bug and is overflowing with kisses! She is estimated to be a year old and weighs 35 pounds dated (1-30-2018) All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption.
