Goose is a very special boy! While he was being neutered he had a reaction to the anesthesia and became blind. While the vet thinks he may have retained some vision and may be able to see light and shadows, we aren't sure if this will be a permanent thing or if he may regain his sight someday. Sadly, a blind cat was a little too much for his elderly owner to handle and he was surrendered to us.
Goose is thriving in his foster home and is such a sweet, loving kitty! He takes a little bit of time to adjust to a new place, but once he gets the lay of the land he is quite the snuggler! He has even made friends with his feline and canine foster brothers. He loves listening to cat friendly music and seems to completely relax when it's playing. We have not seen him around children but he might be okay with older kiddos!
Goose is about 2 years old, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and negative for FIV and FELV. Send us an email if you'd like to meet this roly poly sweetheart!
